DIGITAL MANAGER

Atelier001 is currently looking for an experienced Digital & Content Manager to join its team in London. The candidate will have a dynamic, proactive, and passionate approach to their time and task management, furthering the digital spaces Atelier001 operates in. The brand is high-end, luxury standard and all digital experiences are to mirror the products on sale. Advanced competence in handling images, social media knowledge, website management and producing presentation material is required.

Areas of responsibility include:

  • Managing social media content, posting, tagging and tracking
  • Sourcing and editing content on social media scheduling app
  • Taking regular photos and small videos for online posting
  • Overseeing all print and digital download brochures
  • Manage web content via CRM
  • Assisting web team in continually improving the website
  • Produce regular newsletters
  • Generate printed brochures and catalogue layouts
  • Compose copy for posts, catalogues and newsletters
  • Assist with company presentation templates
  • Innate eye for detail, troubleshooting, an ambition for excellence

Knowledge/experience:

  • Have a minimum of three years’ work experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding admin and organisational skills
  • Excellent English – spoken and written
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Intrinsic knowledge and passion for interior & lighting design and its current trends

IT Skills:

    SENIOR SALES DIRECTOR

    The successful candidate will be a highly connected, proactive, self-motivated person, with native spoken and written English. Experience in selling high-end lighting is desirable, providing outstanding service, communication and being excited about the subject at hand. A deep understanding of luxury interiors, the specifying process and key players in the industry is essential. An established contact book of contract clients and high-end connections is paramount. This role is a full-time position and candidates are expected to bring along extensive experience and contacts in the lighting/design industry.

    Areas of responsibility include:

    • Representing Atelier001 in a professional and elegant manner
    • Helping the brand grow by generating new business and sales
    • Exceptional follow-up on client enquiries in a professional and enthusiastic manner
    • Manage sales and order communication with passion, elegance and professional knowledge
    • Outstanding management of record keeping in terms of clients, orders and bookkeeping
    • Demonstrate a passion for and great understanding of Atelier001 lighting pieces and brand values
    • Uphold Atelier001’s customer service principles in all communications and decisions
    • Manage clients’ accounts and sales orders from enquiry, to follow-up, to order confirmation, to shipment tracking, delivery and aftercare
    • Proactively communicating order status updates with clients at key points throughout the process
    • Prepare and attend weekly production process meetings and be the liaison between the team and the clients on realistic deliveries
    • Experience and great ability to represent collection and brand at events, fairs, exhibitions
    • Think outside the box on how to continuously promote the brand, establish new collaborations and partnerships
    • Plant seeds and create licencing opportunities/ brand collaborations and exhibition opportunities

      PRODUCTION MANAGER

      The key focus of this role is to monitor and improve cost and stock management. You will be working alongside a second manager and focusing on supplier liaison, timelines and quality control. Collaborating with all members of the internal and external production team, experience creating and managing financial reports and implementing improvements is imperative. Experience using Katana MRP systems to track sales orders, purchase orders, invoices and time tracking is expected. Three to five years of experience minimum in a comparable role and knowledge of the design industry are essential. We are a small company and rapidly growing, so awareness of such a setup is crucial. This role is based between our Notting Hill studio and workshop, managing a small assembly team, working hours are 9 am to 6 pm, Monday – Friday with occasional duties out of hours for events and exhibitions.

      Areas of responsibility include:

      • Experience in production management
      • Experience using MRP systems, ideally Katana MRP
      • Understanding of luxury products and exceptional finishing
      • Understanding the luxury market and its expectations
      • Outstanding organisational skills
      • Passionate and knowledgeable about design and manufacturing processes
      • Superb skills in Excel and Word to produce lists and reports efficiently
      • Budget management experience, competent in financial planning
      • Mac and PC-proficient
      • Impeccable spoken and written English, excellent phone manners and writing skills
      • Excellent English (both spoken and written)

This is not a design role, much rather that of an important facilitator for smooth processes to cater to our design and sales team.
