We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day
financial administration of the business, alongside financial, inventory and
stock level monitoring. We use efficient digital tools for the various areas of
the business and are looking for a digitally savvy candidate.
It is imperative that the candidate has prior experience working within a
design and product manufacturing or similar production-based business
and understand the financial and operational requirements of
manufacturing.
A passion for detail, continues improvement of processes and patience for

We are seeking a confident, commercially driven, and client-focused Sales Executive to oversee the daily operations of our lighting gallery. This role is ideally suited to someone with experience in design-led retail or showroom environments, particularly those working closely with interior designers and architects, and who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager and Director, you will work collaboratively with our operations and creative teams to ensure a seamless and inspiring customer journey.

SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER
This role is central to coordinating the sales team, design team, external production partner, and collaborators, ensuring the consistent delivery of luxury collectible design pieces.
Working closely with the Founder and Creative Director, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the overall operational running of the business. The role is intended to relieve the Founder and Creative Director of day-to-day operational responsibilities, enabling them to focus on creative direction and the wider development of the company.
The Senior Operations Manager will oversee the business’s operational structure, financial reports, administrative framework, and organisational performance, while supporting the continued growth and stability of the business.

DIGITAL BRAND & ASSET MANAGER
We are seeking for a highly organised and detail-driven individual to oversee and manage all digital brand assets across the studio.
This candidate will be responsible for maintaining and deploying all visual content across digital and branded touchpoints. Working with externally produced photography and campaign imagery, you will organise, format and manage assets across the website, social media platforms, catalogues, presentations and all materials where the Atelier001 brand appears.
You will act as custodian of the visual identity, ensuring consistency, accuracy and high presentation standards at all times. You will get to collaborate with both our sales and design team facilitating a visual translation of the exciting ongoings at the studio, gallery and workshop. The position is in-house at our London studio in Notting hill.
